Best nursing student clinical experience. Nurses here respect students and teach us. Treatment to patients is excellent, with free great food. Techs are knowledgeable and efficient. Angels in disguise, but staff is the best.

The adolescent area is awesome. The coordinator Willie was helpful while doing my psych clinicals. He was kind to the patients and made everyone comfortable. Also, the courtyard is nice for patients to enjoy themselves outside.

The experience at this hospital was outstanding. Everything from the food to the care provided by the staff for the patients was excellent. The staff is caring, shows respect for clients, and really listen to client needs by asking for their feedback

I just got through with my nursing clinicals here and it was wonderful! Nice, clean environment. Beautiful outside area. All the staff were great and the food was pretty good.

Green Oaks provides excellent care for its patients. Doctors, nurses, staff treat people in a Christ centered atmosphere. They are many times dealing with situations and people that are not reasonable or logical. Family members sometimes get emotional and impatient. Pray for the care takers, its a tough job. They've had good results with many of my friends who have been there over the years. I thank God for Green Oaks!

I just want to say that Dr. Roger Butler is knowledgeable and caring and doesn't sound like another scripted Doctor with patient after patient same old same old lingo he genuinely cares and takes the time on the telephone and answers any questions you may have and comments in a very nice way he makes Green Oaks Hospital a wonderful place to entrust your child. I cannot glorify this man enough if there's another word above excellent he is that!!

First off the main psychiatric hospital is outstanding. The ER portion is horrid and terrifying. I had to jump through every hoop possible before finding a number posted in the reviews listed here. Through that number and sending an online complaint I was able to finally establish contact with my Fiance. You may be wondering why in spite of the previously stated issues why this is a 4 star review. It is a 4 star review simply based on the level of effort the staff gave to assist me in aiding my loved one to the best of their ability. Their process is bit out of place but the staff are on point as much as they are able to be.

With many years of experience of family members in crisis, I have had my share of exposure to psychiatric hospitals. Medical City Green Oaks Hospital by far exceeded all of my expectations. Not only did the team provide exceptional care, they also connected my family member to their outpatient clinic. I highly recommend this hospital to anyone who need help!

My daughter has been inpatient in Green Oaks on many occasions. They usually do a great job with her and help her to regain her stability back. The nursing staff has always been great, but firm with her when necessary. I have faith in the staff here and appreciate the job they have signed up for!

I'm so happy with everything the Doctor, nurse , assistance, how they trait the patient with respect and care. Very clean please I'll be there many times to visit and always is clean !

I read the reviews and was horrified to send my son here. Boy was I wrong. They have one of the best adolescent hospitals that I have seen. And believe me, I have unfortunately seen a lot in this last 6 months. We have been to Sundance, Dallas Behavioral, Seay Behavioral and Children's Inpatient. Only Children's and Green Oaks have been helpful in getting my son better. The staff is very helpful and caring and their adolescent physician is the best I have seen so far. If your child is in crisis please don't hesitate to send them here. The reviews don't tell the real story. This is one of a few good psychiatric hospitals for children.

This place has done both me and my wife VERY well. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to improve their life. I've had a couple problems with my appointments being filed wrong to insurance, but they've made it right. If you're serious, come here. The low score they have is because they do what's RIGHT by you, not what you want them to do and that seems to upset a lot of people.
